Sidnee online store offers free shipping for all orders within Malaysia.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately. We recommend tracking your order and ensuring that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order. If you do not receive your order after the scheduled appointment, please contact us at: support@sidnee.my to track your order delivery status. Remarks: If orders are returned to us for reasons such as incorrect addresses, Post Code, failed delivery attempts or recipient’s refusal to the parcels, we can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for re-sending shipping fees and the previous shipping fee(s) (if any) will not be refunded. 

SHIPPING TIME 

Our warehouse is located in Shah Alam, Selangor. Orders are typically processed within 1 working day, subject to stock availability. Delivery times are as follows:

1-3 working days for West Malaysia and 3-5 working days for East Malaysia. 

Longer delivery time will be needed in the following situations:

- Purchased item(s) contains Accessories & Tools only

- Any out-of-stock items

- Delivery details provided are incomplete

- Request from customer to change order or delivery details

- During festive seasons or store promotional periods

Remarks

“Working day” shall not include Saturday, Sunday, bank or public holidays in Malaysia.
